Reforest Serra de Aire

A public record of a community-led reforestation effort in Portugal — and a foundation for a five‑year continuation project.

What happened

Between November and February, the local Portuguese Boy Scouts (Agrupamento 65) carried out a major reforestation effort. Last Saturday, the team climbed to the mountain top and dispersed seeds across targeted areas.
